We stayed during hurricane Debby, the resort lost power for two days, but they kept slinging drinks, walking people to their rooms, then comp’ed half our food and bev tab for the entire stay! Staff remembered our names and drink orders. Pool attendants set up pool chairs with covers, extra towels, and cold waters. The coffee cafe woman (French accent) was so incredibly kind and got our mornings started off positive and strong (caffeine ;) ) Erick and Patrick at the desk, 10/10. Great job guys!

Just finished my stay at Casa Marina Key West, and I can't say enough good things!!! The staff was amazing from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff, beach attendants, and concierge. The hotel staff stayed in touch to make sure our needs were met. Extremely friendly and excellent service everywhere. Our suite was spacious and clean, with all amenities plus most comfortable bed and linens. The beach and beach service were incredible

It was even more amazing in person than the photos on line. Staff was amazing, food was amazing. This place was perfect and we would definitely go back again! The deal we got on booking.com was incredible. I can not say enough good things about the resort, food, location and the deals from booking.com. I would give it 100% and 5 stars!!! Absolutely amazing experience!

The room I reserved stated "Room with View" which it was located at the level of the air conditioner and had no view at all except for the A?C machines. Very disappointed regarding the view. Stairs in the main building has carpet and it was never vacuum during the 3 days we stayed there. Besides that staff is very attentive. The outdoor bar has an incredible view!

The only issue was the room service serving hours and the fact you cannot order room service without a US phone number, this is very short sighted when you have international travellers staying with you, this was a real disappointment but thankfully Tim at reception was a saviour and couldn’t have been more helpful for us
